🌟Exhibitor Information🌟

We welcome community resource groups, educational organizations, family-serving nonprofits, and other organizations to participate as exhibitors at our family-friendly Halloween event in Oakland Chinatown.

This event is designed to provide a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for children and families. Exhibitors will have the opportunity to connect with local families, share information about their organization, and offer family-friendly activities, resources, or giveaways.

Due to the expected demographic of participants, priority may be given to community resource groups, educational organizations, and family-serving organizations. Space is very limited, and submitting an exhibitor interest form does not guarantee participation or a table at the event.

All exhibitor requests will be reviewed for appropriateness, relevance to the event, and available space. Selected exhibitors will receive confirmation and additional event details.
